INTERNAL SQUASH LEAGUES

Hi Everyone

I hope you've all enjoyed the wonderful weather we've had this summer. With the onset of Autumn and the longer nights hopefully you're all keen to play a lot more squash. Our internal leagues provide a great opportunity to do this and play competitive squash with those of a similar level. Over the summer the leagues have continued and even though we've been down to three leagues all games have been very competitive and enjoyable. It would be good however to increase the number of leagues again - although we might not top last year's eight leagues it would be great to have five or six. I already have the names of players who are returning to the leagues. If you would like to be included in the leagues for September or October, please either email me at stephensimper13@gmail.com or sign up to the list which is attached to the notice board at the leisure club. We also have a racquetball league and again if you would like to be part of this let me know.

We have encouraged players to sign up for 'squash levels' as this enables you to compare your playing standard with other squash players throughout the UK.
To do this you will need to tick the box on your account which allows your results to be shared with SquashLevels.com. It would also really help that when you submit your internal league result that you include the points score of each set that you play. When you submit your result 'boxes' open up that allows you to do this. You can also find out the scoring of matches in your league by clicking on the 'score details' hyperlink which shows up in blue in the top left of each league.
