Gym Access - no need to book online 1st Sept 2021

Dear Members,

GYM USERS

As from the 1st September 2021 you no longer need to book online to access the gym or cardio facilities. You can now just turn up, there is a form on the bar for you to sign in and out. You can use the Clubs QR Code for track and trace, this helps notify people who might have been exposed to the Coronavirus at this venue.

Please continue to use the sprays for any touch points you have used. Gels are displayed throughout the club. It is important to ventilate where you can, so please open windows, but shut them after use and keep the Club secure. Please ensure that you continue to respect other users of the Club and give space.

There are certain periods of the day which can be busier so avoid these times if you have any concerns. Therefore, as of 1st September 2021, bookings are no longer required and our previous system is now back in use. If members have made bookings for September, they are no longer valid.

The Gym and Cardio Rooms still cannot be accessed during Cleaning Times:-
Monday 8.30am - 9.30am
Wednesday 8.30am -10.30am
Friday 8.30am - 9.30am

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "leyburnsquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from leyburnsquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Leyburn Community Squash Leisure <leyburnsquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Leyburn Community Squash Leisure <leyburnsquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from leyburnsquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
