CLUB MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
TO ALL MEMBERS
As you are all aware we are a community run group, the committee and some members volunteer their time to help ensure that our facility is welcoming for members and other community users. Recently, we have had a few cleaning issues and we wish to remind all members of the following:-
• Please wipe shoes at the door, if they are dirty – leave them in the entrance, trails of mud up the stairs and into the men’s changing rooms and the upstairs gym, is unpleasant for everyone.
• If there are any problems with the toilets or they have become blocked – please send a message to Amanda 07743595664 and put a notice on the door, there is notepaper near the till. This can cause flooding, a member of our committee had to clean out the downstairs men’s toilet last week.
• There is a “to do” list on the noticeboard, please add any repairs needed e.g. light bulbs, broken equipment etc or if you are able, volunteer to replace them.
• If you use the kitchen facilities, please clean around the area and inside the microwave, this is the responsibility of the user not our Cleaning Company.
• Our Cleaners are in Monday and Friday mornings 8.30am to 9.30am – if members are using the gym/showers during those mornings please be aware that the cleaners need access. Communicate with them to ensure that cleaning is not delayed, especially the ladies showers
