Club Annual Dance Saturday 15th June 7pm.
Good morning,
As you may be aware we hold a Dinner Dance every year and this year it is to be held on Saturday 15th June at 7pm. This invite is to all gym and squash members and it is to celebrate another year of our Community Group. The evening consists of a sit down meal, a few speeches and presentation followed by a disco. The last few years numbers have dwindled and so we have reduced ticket costs to £15.00. We hope this will encourage more to join us.
Jackie Marwood is our outside caterer she will be serving a 2 course dinner consisting of new potatoes, various salads with cold meats, and dessert. Dress code is smart.
We ensured we gave this date out early back in November, with the hope that members would note the date and support the evening.
So we would be very grateful if you could all encourage members, friends and family to attend. There is a ticket list in the club, you can text me on 07743595664. Payment can be by direct banking to the Club or cheque or by cash.
