IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Good morning members,
We have today signed up to a new contract for our utilities, our costs have increased and it is important that all members remember to switch lights off, turn sauna's off and shut the windows after use.
You may be aware that we are tenants of the Club and our Landlord is Paul Holmes(former owner). Paul Holmes is relocating to the north and wishes to liquidate his assets. We now have the opportunity to purchase the Squash Club (not the house) and we will be exploring different possibilities of how this can be funded etc . As soon as we have gathered all the information we will have a meeting for members to vote on the proposals.
The tenancy agreement that we have with Paul ensures that we are secure as sitting tenants.
